After the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive an email with the management company's phone number, and the address and map for the check-in desk. Please check-in at the Sakainoma Kuma check-in desk. Guests must check-in between 10:00-20:00. Guests can enter the guestroom after 15:00.

Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the reservation may be cancelled.

The total price of the booking will be charged on the day of booking. If the reservation is cancelled, charges will be refunded in accordance to the property's cancellation policy. Please inform Sakainoma Nishiki Holiday Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
